Abstract Objective To observe the hematopoietic protective effect caused by SN Qiangsheng Capsule on the pathological mice.Methods The mice were randomly devided into five experimental groups;the normal control group,the control group,the Egui control group and the drug dose size group.The experimental mice were irradiated with 60Coγ and given injections of cyclophosphamide to make bone marrow suppression models.Drug group was given different doses of oral medicine,meanwhile,the normal control group and control group were given saline.The weights were measured before and after the experiment.The blood was tested on the 7th and the 14th day.On the second day of stopping using drug,the mice were killed and the nuclear bone marrow cells were counted.Results SN Qiangsheng Capsule would make the Hb,RBC,WBC and PC caused by 60Coγ radiation and cyclophosphamide reduced significantly,and the number of bone marrow cells increased more significantly than that of the control group.The differences were significant (P<0.05)(P<0.01).Conclusions SN Qiangsheng Capsule can significantly stimulate the function of bone marrow,and have certain fundation of anti-radiation.
