Abstract Objective To estimate the Operators'Eye Lens dose in Common Interventional Operation. Methods Common interventional operations (Cerebral angiography,Coronary angiography,TACE,angiography of the Lower extremity). Was chosen before the surgery, put the prepared thermoluminescence dosimeter near the left edge of the surgeon's surgical cap,and then we measure the dose. Results The eye lens dose is different in different types of operation, the highest is coronary stent implantation, the dose of the first performer is (40.38±42.40) μGy,and the second one is (63.73±61.72) μGy; In one operation, the second performer's eye lens dose is always higher than the first one; In the same kind of operation, there is a positive linear correlation between eye lens dose and the exposure time with the correlation coefficient of r=0.469,P< 0.01.Conclusion The performer'eye lens receive a cevtain amount of dose of radiation in surgical intervention, but there is a low rate of wearing lead glasses,so we should pay more attention to eye protection, strengthen protection management, minimize the radiation exposure.
