Abstract This experiment studied the influence of Fuzheng vitality mixture (FVM) on the serum SOD、GSH-Px activity and the MDA content, in the animal molds damaged by 60Coγ ray and compared the changes of the immune organ indexes with control group.The 30-day survival rate after being irradiated was targeted for evaluating the defensive function of FVM on irradiation damage.The results showed that the antioxidant ability was strengthened, the reaction of lipid peroxidation was weakened, and the weight of immune organs was increased.All of the animals, which had been given FVM, showed a higher existent rate and a slighter irradiation damage than the control one.
