Abstract Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of E838 combined with cyclophosvnamide (CTX) on lymphoma (LM), and the E838 reducing poison influence to CTX.Methods the mice with LM were separated into 8 groups treated with control, different E838 concentration, different E838 concentration combined with CTX, CTX.The therapy effects in each group were compared.Results The tumor weights in all E838 treated groups were significantly lower than that of control group.All indexes in combination groups were better CTX group.Conclusion E838 showed inhibitory effects on LM, could increase CTX therapy effects and elevate mice immune system function.
