Abstract Objective To evaluate workers' internal dose of uranium.Methods The dose coefficient method of ICRP is adopted in this paper.According to the Biokinetic Model about the radionuclide described in ICRP66、78 and metabolizing rules of uranium in body, mathematical and analytic mode is built.The program built by MATLAB calculates the uranium contents of lung and biologic samples under circumstances of inhalation.Results The result is consistent with the data in ICRP 78.Conclusion The method model can be used easily and exactly to evaluate internal dose of uranium.
