Objective To calculate elemental transfer coefficients from soil via diet to whole human body and DFs of alkaline earth and alkaline metal elements in these transfers. Methods Based on the results in this research series, including updated values of elemental dietary intakes and whole body burdens for Chinese adult man as well quoted national elemental background values in Chinese soil, their transfer coefficients and DFs of alkaline earth and alkaline metal elements in these transfers were calculated by using UNSCEAR model and Observed Ratio Method. Results Both the transfer coefficients of 50 elements and the DF values of alkaline earth elements with Pb and alkaline metal elements in these transfers have been obtained. Conclusion The obtained P23 or P234 were all much less than P34 for these elements. For the observed elements, the highest P23, P34 and P234 were for Hg, Ca and Se respectively, while the lowest for Ce, In and Y.The P23 and P234 of rare earth elements were all less than those of alkaline metal or alkaline earth elements. All of these DFs for alkaline earth elements were all smaller than 1, with increasing or decreasing atomic order, the DF values of alkaline earth elements for these transfers were successfully decreasing. The DFs of Pb seem to be between Sr and Ba.For alkaline metal element, DF of Rb or Cs from soil to diet was smaller than 1, but that from diet to whole human body more than 1.

Objective To explore the effects of radiation of cellular phone on the growth of cells. Methods A radiation cycle was designed as working 25 minutes and then resting for 5 minutes for cellular phone. The Mark145 cell bottles were divided into six groups. The first two groups were radiated for two cycles, and the second two groups for four cycles, and the third two groups for five cycles. Each two groups were put 10cm far away from cellular phone and attach to it separately. Results After culturing for 3 days there are many dead cells in the bottles. After culturing for 6 days, there is few living cells. Conclusions cellular phone radiation is fatal to Mark145 cells, and the quantity of the dead cells change with the radiation time and the distance to radiation. That is to say, with the prolonging of radiation time and the shortening of the distance, the quantity of the dead cells is increasing.

Objective To study the radon exhalation rate in some industries residue used in new type wall materials. Methods To determine the radon exhalation rate by the activated charcoal absorption and γ-ray spectrometer with HPGe detector. Results The radon exhalation rate level is successively autoclaved aerated concrete block (9.70±2.54) Bq·m-2·h-1、fly ash block (5.83±1.85) Bq·m-2·h-1、gangue block (4.70±2.45) Bq·m-2·h-1、clay block (2.63±0.56) Bq·m-2·h-1.Conclusion The average radon exhalation rate level of autoclaved aerated concrete block and fly ash block is significantly higher than that 1of clay block, the differences is significant (P<0.01), but there had no significant difference on gangue block and clay block (P>0.05).The gangue block is a ideal New Type Wall Material, whose radon exhalation is lower than that of autoclaved aerated concrete block and fly ash block.

Objective To Study the chromosomal aberrations about exposed dose of radiation workers. Methods To investigate the chromosomal aberrations in the exposed dose of radiation workers by applying fluorescence in situ hybridization dose of radiation and those in the control group, and the reconstructive dosimetry. Results Chromosomal aberrations rate in exposed dose of radiation workers is higher than that in the control group, and chromosomal aberrations rate gets higher along with the working time prolonged. Conclusion FISH are effective ways to analyse the chromosomal aberrations and.to estimate the dose of the ionizing workers.

Objective To observe effect of IL-11 on hematopoisis in mice with half-matched mixed BMT.Methods Mice 615 with acute radiation disease were used as recipient mice model, with 615xC57BL/6 hybrid F1 mice being half-matched donor mice.Half-matched murine bone marrow and spleen cells mixed with certain percent of syngeneic spleen cells (2:1) and underwent mixed half-matched BMT to observe their death rate, hematopoietic recovery of WBC lineage, GM-CFU, spleen node count and pathological changes. Results The half-matched mixed 2:1 BMT group with high percentage of syngeneic spleen cells could lessen the extent of GVHD, as manifested by the quick recovery of peripheral blood WBC count and bone marrow GM-CFU formation. Conclusion IL-11 could promote the recovery of hematopoisis in half-matched mixed BMT mice.

Objective To study lymphocyte genetic material of an iron and steel enterprise workers' exposed to the ionizing radiation, find out measures to protect their health and reduce ionizing radiation occupation harm.Methodss 342 workers were choseh as the exposed group who worked in an iron and steel enterprise in the beam installment operation, to examine their circumference blood lymphocyte micronucleus rate and the chromosome aberrations, simultaneously select 280 chefs as the control group, The irradiation dosage was determined and statistical analysis was carried out wich the consideration of their length of work and differences in work post. Results Exposed group:the micronucleus rate masculine gender (MNR), 4 people, the masculine gender pick out rate is 12.87%.The chromosome aberration factor masculine gender (CAF), 12 people, the masculine rate is 3.51%.Control group:MNR 3 people, the asculine gender pick out rate is 1.07%;CAF 2 people, masculine gender rate is 0.72%.Comparing the two groups, every item has the significant difference.Workers in is the exposed group workers have the average exposure dose of 6.73mSv/a, MNR、CAF are illuminated to the dosage have a positive line correlation. They become increased as the job lenght prolongs, The nucleon name, the material caculation and the medical X-radial are responsible for the highest ratio. Conclusion In iron and steel enterprises, long-time ionizing radiation can cause the workers' circumference blood lymphocyte micronucleus rate and the chromosome aberrations obvious to rise. The beam protection measures strengthened so as to reduce the harms to workers.

Objective To research and assess radioactivity level in one of aluminum mine, Guizhou province. Methods Measure radiation levels in well, out earth surface and soil, accumulatirely detect radon and thorium gas, analyze content of radionuclide in ore and soil in Lab.Results External irradiation level in aluminum mine area is (8~36)×10-8Gy/h, mean is (21.7±3.9)×10-8Gy/h.External irradiation level in well is (77~99)×10-8Gy/h, mean is (87.0±8.1)×10-8Gy/h.Radon concentration is 73.3~208.0Bq/m3, Thorium concentration is 57.2~349.0Bq/m3, 226Ra in aluminum ore is between 438.6 and 511.9Bq/kg, 232Th is between 454.3 and 536.7 Bq/kg, 40K is between LLD and 363.9 Bq/kg.Conclusion Natural and mechanical ventilation is used in the underground aluminum mine, due to the good ventilation condition.Radon concentration is the intervention level. However, the γ natural radiation in working face is evidently higher than the average value in Guizhou province, adding 2.09mSv/a extra radiation dose to workers working suppose for up to the 2 400 hours per year.
