Abstract Through the development of the guidance for case handling of radiological health law enforcement, health supervisors are instructed to accurately grasp the key points of law enforcement and case handling and standardize the process of collecting evidence and law application to ensure the correct implementation of administrative penalty. This article explains the structure and content of the guidance for case handling of radiological health law enforcement by taking the case of arranging radiation workers who have not undergone an occupational health examination to engage in the radiological occupational-disease-inductive operation in medical institutions as an example.
