| Application of CT-guided double needle puncture sclerotherapy in the treatment of multiple renal cysts and its effect on hemodynamics |

Abstract Objective To investigate the application of CT-guided double needle puncture sclerotherapy in the treatment of multiple renal cysts of both kidneys and its influence on hemodynamics.Methods 108 patients with multiple renal cysts of both kidneys admitted by our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected and divided into two groups on average. The control group was treated with laparoscopic renal cyst decapitation and decompression, and the experimental group was treated with CT-guided double-needle puncture sclerosis.Results The therapeutic effect of the experimetnal group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The number of drainage volume, hospitalization days, treatment costs and postoperative recurrence cases in the study group on the first day after surgery were less than those in the control group (P<0.05). No difference in Vs, Vd, RI and PI between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). While the Vs, Vd, RI and PI in the group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion For treating patients with multiple renal cysts, double-needle puncture sclerotherapy guided by CT has a favorable therapeutic effect and would recommend for increased clinical uses.
