Abstract Object:To simulate intratumor injection method of radionuclide therapy.The tumors equivalent material were studied and produced.Method: Dose distribution of 32P spherical source in liver cancer equivalent material and rat tumor were measured with thermoluminescence dosimeter.Results: Beta energy (about 60%) were absorbed between the 32P spherical source surface and 0.8mm.The problem of direct measurement of tumor dose distribution were solved with this method, and promote development of radionuclide therapy technique.
