Abstract This paper described cobalt-60 source replenishing processes in three radiation facilities in Suzhou.In all 13 replenishing practices, due to the performing of the radiation hygienic monitor and taking correct measures taken for control of personnel exposure dose, no incident including personnel over-exposure to radiation occurred.By this, the safty and health of sourcereplenishing operators got secured.
