Abstract Objective To strengthen the construction of professional norms for employees of third-party testing organization in radiation diagnosis and treatment industry, and to improve the occupation moral quality of employees.Methods Consulting literature and collecting data.Results The behavioral requirements and the existing problems of the construction of professional norms of employees of third-party testing organization was discussed in this paper.Conclusion Some suggestions were put forward to solve these problems.
