介入治疗第一术者眼晶状体受照剂量蒙特卡罗模拟与分析

摘要目的基于蒙特卡罗（Monte Carlo, MC）模拟方法，建立介入治疗中第一术者眼晶状体受照剂量估算模型，为介入治疗中放射工作人员眼晶状体剂量快速、准确评价提供科学依据。方法基于MIRD体模和中国成年男性眼部模型，运用MCNPX蒙特卡罗模拟程序，建立物理模型，计算辐射场分布和第一术者眼晶状体受照剂量。采用GR200 A型LiF（Mg、Cu、P）热释光剂量计进行实验测量，验证模拟结果。结果蒙特卡罗模拟及实验测量结果表明，空间辐射场分布呈对称分布。第一术者眼晶状体受照剂量模拟结果与实测结果相比，误差分布于-8.3%～7.3%。左侧眼晶状体受照剂量高于右侧。结论本研究所建ＭＣ模型初步实现了介入手术中第一术者的眼晶状体受照剂量的模拟计算。在今后的工作中，将结合实际手术过程，基于曝光时间、管电压、管电流、投射方向等照射参数，进一步优化模型，从而更准确地评价介入放射工作人员眼晶状体受照剂量。
