摘要目的建立一种适用于铀加工与燃料制造设施工作场所铀气溶胶样品采集、干法灰化处理、实验室激光-荧光法测量的方法。方法通过优化试验，研究采样流量、样品pH值以及试验温度对铀气溶胶浓度结果的影响，并开展方法的检出限、精密度及加标回收率试验。结果在最佳试验条件下，方法检出限为0.025 ng/mL，以采集1 m³气溶胶样品计最低检出浓度为1.25×10^-3 μg/m³，测量结果相对标准偏差（RSD）＜5%，加标回收率在96% ~ 104%之间。结论方法检出限、精密度及准确度等满足铀加工与燃料制造设施工作场所铀气溶胶样品检测要求。
