某同位素产业园区大气环境放射性容量估算

摘要目的研究和估算同位素产业园区公众剂量约束值和大气环境放射性容量，为同位素产业园区放射性流出物排放管理提供依据。方法收集某同位素产业园区的自然环境资料、气象数据、人口分布及饮食习惯数据，以及放射性气载流出物排放源项等，基于自然环境辐射危险度水平确定同位素产业园区公众剂量约束值，采用全途径法估算产业园区大气环境放射性容量。结果确定同位素产业园区公众剂量约束值为0.2 mSv/a；规划末期气载流出物排放对公众所致最大个人有效剂量为1.07×10⁻⁶ Sv/a，占公众剂量约束值的0.54%；气载放射性核素排放量的环境辐射容量占比为0.04%～4.34%。结论本研究确定的产业园区公众剂量约束值可作为区域大气环境放射性总容量，对其气态放射性流出物排放进行约束；采用全途径法，考虑各放射性核素排放的综合影响，估算各放射性核素的环境放射性容量，适合产业园区同位素生产企业的控制和管理。
