摘要目的通过参加全国外照射个人剂量监测能力考核，了解本实验室质量控制措施有效性，提高个人剂量监测能力和水平。方法按照《全国个人剂量监测能力考核方案》和标准要求，准备7组剂量计，经过标准源分组照射后，由参加考核实验室测量并对数据进行处理和测量结果不确定度评定。结果 2018年考核结果H_p（10）剂量范围为0.68～4.27 mSv，单组性能偏差在?0.01～?0.06，且综合性能偏差为0.04，结果判定为合格；2019年考核结果H_p（10）剂量范围为0.74～8.06 mSv，单组性能偏差在0.00～?0.08，且综合性能偏差为0.04，结果判定为合格；2020年考核结果H_p（10）剂量范围为0.83～3.93 mSv，单组性能偏差在?0.01～?0.10，且综合性能偏差为0.06，结果判定为优秀。结论本实验室个人剂量监测系统运行平稳，监测结果准确、可靠，能够出具符合国家标准要求的检测报告。
