东营市医疗照射资源应用状况分析

摘要目的调查东营市医疗照射资源辐射应用状况，为建立东营市放射性职业病健康信息管理系统和实施卫生监督管理策略提供基础数据。方法依据2021年东营市放射卫生监测项目工作方案要求，采用现场调查方法，对辖区内所有开展放射诊疗的医疗机构（口腔诊所除外），采用统一制定的调查表格和调查内容进行基本情况调查，对调查结果进行描述性分析。结果东营市共有放射诊疗机构92家；放射工作人员1 112人，占全部在岗职工5.9%，其中男性 679人，占61.1%，女性433人，占38.9%；放射诊疗设备364台，其中X射线诊断设备339台，放疗设备 8台，核医学设备2台，介入放射学设备15台；介入放射学工作人员个人防护用品配置三级医院高于二级医院，人均配备铅橡胶围裙分别为0.36件和0.23件，铅橡胶帽子分别为0.43件和0.30件，铅橡胶颈套分别为0.50件和0.35件，铅橡胶手套分别为0.05副和0副，铅防护眼镜分别为0.31副和0.17副，核医学工作人员铅橡胶颈套和铅防护眼镜配置率高于介入工作人员，人均分别为0.63件和0.88副；全市放射诊疗诊断年频度为864.3人次/千人口，治疗年频度为5.2人/千人口。结论东营市医疗照射资源配置及应用不平衡，应建立放射性职业病健康信息管理系统，动态掌握辖区内的辐射应用状况，并采取分级分类等差异化监管措施。
