摘要日本福岛第一核电站事故导致大量放射性物质向周边环境释放并造成污染，在事故后恢复过程中，日本在公众沟通方面做出了诸多努力，包括政府推动组织与策划、形式多样的科学知识普及和宣传、多渠道信息公开和全方位沟通交流等，可为我国开展相关工作提供借鉴。我国涉核公众沟通工作可以从中获得4点启示：一是完善公众沟通体系，明确相应政策和机制；二是将核科学知识普及作为基础，尽早开始并长期开展；三是核设施营运单位等依法公开相应信息，直面公众的好奇或质疑；四是进行多渠道、多层面、多频次的交流和互动，寻求沟通双方认识的统一和利益的平衡。
