摘要目的了解放射卫生专业技术人员实施《建设项目职业病危害放射防护评价规范——第2部分：放射治疗装置》（GBZ/T 220.2—2009）的实际情况及存在的问题。方法采用多阶段分层抽样的方法，选取全国7个省市参与过放射治疗装置建设项目评价的放射卫生专业技术人员开展问卷调查。采用描述性统计分析方法对调查对象的基本情况、针对标准的知晓情况、宣贯情况、执行情况等进行分析；采用卡方检验对不同地区的情况进行比较分析。结果本次共调查了7个省市的专业技术人员173名；专业技术人员对于标准的知晓率较高（98.8%），但培训和宣贯率相对较低（65.3%）；不同地区对标准的知晓情况和宣贯情况的分布差异不具有统计学意义（χ² = 2.743，P = 0.602；χ² = 5.584，P = 0.061）；专业技术人员对于该标准的使用频次较低；64.9%的专业技术人员认为需要对该标准进行修订，特别是对使用范围、关键技术指标如评价方法、放射防护管理制度等进行细化。结论进一步加强针对专业技术人员的标准专业培训和宣贯，并对标准中的部分关键技术指标进行明确和细化。
