摘要目的分析单双剂量计评估方法在核医学外照射个人监测应用中存在的问题。方法采用问卷调查方法和现场个人剂量监测相结合的方法，依据GBZ128的要求，对全国10家医院52名核医学工作人员进行2个周期（每个周期2个月）的个人剂量监测。结果佩戴双剂量计的核医学工作人员，使用双剂量计方法估算的有效剂量值大多数小于铅衣内的剂量值；佩戴单剂量计的核医学工作人员，有效剂量的最大值为0.11 mSv；使用单剂量方法估算的有效剂量基本上都小于双剂量计方法估算的有效剂量。结论 GBZ 128—2019《职业性外照射个人监测规范》给出的核医学人员单剂量计或双剂量计估算公式有待进一步完善。
