摘要目的通过对青海省核医学影像设备SPECT和PET/CT进行性能检测，分析青海省核医学设备质量控制现状；方法依据WS523-2019、NEMA NU2-2007和GB 17589-2011标准，分别在2019年和2020年测量了4台SPECT设备和1台PET/CT的性能指标；结果对于SPECT，按照WS523标准对合格限值的要求，2019年有1台SPECT的固有空间线性不合格，对于PET/CT，2020年的设备性能检测结果优于2019的结果；结论定期的校正、保养和维护对核医学设备的质量控制很重要，加强日常质量控制，可以提升设备性能，为临床应用保驾护航。
