摘要目的全面掌握全国省级放射卫生技术机构的专业技术能力，为充分发挥省级放射卫生技术机构的作用、探索和规划全国放射卫生技术机构的发展方向提供依据。方法 2019年9—12月期间，中国疾病预防控制中心辐射防护与核安全医学所向全国37家承担放射卫生相关职责的省级放射卫生技术机构发放调查表，调查机构的科室设置、人员、设备及开展的放射卫生技术工作等基本情况，汇总并分析数据。结果 37家省级机构参与调查，包括疾病预防控制机构24家、职业病防治机构11家、其他机构2家；大部分机构具备放射卫生相关检测或评价资质；设置了独立的放射卫生科室的有30家；从事放射卫生专业技术工作的人员有627人，83.4%为正式在编人员，16.6%为合同制人员，人员性别、年龄、学历、职称和从事放射卫生工作年限的分布相对合理，但教育背景为放射卫生相关专业的比例较少，仅为25.8%；2014—2018年，放射卫生专业技术人员流入164人，流出65人；平均每家承担放射卫生职责14.6项；省级机构年工作量大，但在放射性核素测量及内照射测定等方面的实验室设置和仪器设备配置相对较少。结论省级放射卫生技术机构仍需加强能力建设，补齐短板，发挥引领和指导作用，从而带动全国放射卫生工作的进一步发展。
