摘要目的测量与评价内镜逆行胰胆管造影术（ERCP）时手术者站立区域辐射场剂量的分布特点，为ERCP医护人员的防护提供辐射剂量学数据。方法将ERCP手术者曝光时经常停留的区域分成40个测试点，每个测量点按照高度不同测量五个数据，使用X、γ辐射剂量率仪进行周围剂量当量率测量。结果手术者站立区域的周围剂量当量率为2.3~386.0μSv/h。总体趋势而言，离照射野中心越近的位置其周围剂量当量率越高；对于同一位置，相当于头部，胸部，腹部及下肢高度的周围剂量当量率较为接近，足部的周围剂量当量率略低一些，但也有例外。结论 ERCP手术者站立区域的高周围剂量当量率主要集中于在手术者经常站立的区域，因此必须采取有效的防护措施，保障ERCP手术者的健康与安全。
