摘要核与辐射突发事件较一般事故，有其特殊的危害结果及心理影响。本文结合国内外核应急情境中的心理危机干预工作报道及研究，从人群心理危机表现及分类、早期心理危机干预处置要点、心理健康的评估和对策、儿童及孕妇的特殊处理、团体心理干预工作的注意要点，总结梳理关于核应急情境下，得到广泛认可并经实际采用确证有效的经验策略，对我国核应急工作有一定的指导意义。
