%A JIAO Ling, ZHANG Wen-yi, PAN Zhi-hong, et al %T Study on Relationship between Mass and ESR Signal Intensity of Enamel %0 Journal Article %D 2005 %J Chinese Journal of Radiological Health %R 10.13491/j.cnki.issn.1004-714x.2005.03.009 %P 177-178 %V 14 %N 3 %U {http://www.zgfsws.com/CN/abstract/article_3836.shtml} %8 2005-09-28 %X Objective To study the relationship of different enamel sample mass and their enamel ESR signal intensities in order to find out a suitable mass range used in dose reconstruction.Methods The enamel samples are prepared from non-irradiated adult teeth by mechanical crash.The samples with different mass are scanned by an ESR spectrometer after their irradiation by 60Co γ rays.Results The linearity between ESR signal response and mass is not good in the range of 10~200 mg.But the linearity between ESR signal response and mass is good in the range of 40~120 mg.Conclusion It is better to choose enamel samples with the mass in the range of 40~120 mg in dose reconstruction.
